First of all, we would like to say thank you very much Teo, Andy and the rest of the crew!\r\n\r\nOn Saturday April 29 at around 6:15 pm, we noticed a leak from our roof and the water is getting into our son\'s bedroom and bad news is that forecast shows that heavy rain will continue until the following day. I called around for a roofer and of course nobody was answering. Then I found Teo online and called him. He answered right away, very nice and very courteous. I told him I was looking for a roofer and he thought I was just looking to get a quote. When I explained to him that we have a leak in our roof and then he said he can come to our house “right away”. I was so surprised and very thankful. Who will do that on a late Saturday when it was almost dark? Only Teo. He came over and put a tarp on our roof. When I was asking how much does it cost me for the temporary fix ? he said “no charge” who does that nowadays? Only Teo. A few days later I called him up to get another quote explaining the possibility that we might need to change the sheathing too. I knew that the quote he gave me was decent since I was already quoted way above that by another roofer. As the work goes on Teo will explain about things that they are doing which I appreciate. As a homeowner I want to know too. They clean up before leaving and will show up the following day on time. I was very impressed. My brother is a contractor from another state and I showed him the pictures of work progress and he said we got a very good roof contractor. Teo and Andy went above and beyond our expectations, they did some other minor repairs that are not even part of what I paid for. Very good and very considerate people. We found new friends now with Teo , Andy and the rest of the guys. We are planning to have BBQ party in our backyard soon to thank them for their great job 😊\r\nWe appreciate you guys. I called Teo’s Construction for repair/replace damaged wood facia. Teo came on the same day and assessed the work. After reviewing the work with Teo, I also discussed about installing a storm door. Teo helped me with identifying the right storm door. On the next day, Teo and his team arrived at the scheduled time, and picked up the storm door from the store for me. They completed both job on the same day. They did an excellent job and very professional.
